The Vision Behind Saylor's On St. Johns
Founders Crystal and Jeremy Alexander spent years searching for a transformational opportunity where they could combine their personal passions for event planning and the historic charm of downtown Palatka. In doing so, they filled a community void by creating the most flexible, climate-controlled venue/event/meeting space Putnam County has to offer, right in the heartbeat of downtown Palatka.
The former site of Angela’s Bridal Boutique on St. Johns Avenue offered a rare combination of refined, classic styling and untapped 1910s charm. After visiting multiple potential locations throughout the county, the Alexanders decided to become part of Palatka’s Downtown Business District’s renaissance by establishing Saylor's On St. Johns.
With two formal space options on the first floor and the original 1910s charm on the second floor, Saylor's On St. Johns offers over 11,000 square feet of fully functional, customizable meeting and event space. Whether you're planning a pop-up party, retail boutique, intimate photo shoot, corporate meeting, or an elaborately planned wedding or reception, our versatile spaces can be tailored to your needs.
Scheduled to open in the Summer of 2024, Saylor's On St. Johns has exciting downtown announcements forthcoming that will enable our clients' imaginations to be their only limitation when planning a dream event.
